The embroidered diary insights is a slow work in progress that reflects my personal mental health journey in the hopes of it inspiring you to give it a try as well.


We cannot be on top at all times and that is ok. It doesn't mean that there aren't ways to make our everyday lives easier... such as having various coping practises like mindful embroidery.


Ps. The embroidery diary is sometimes referred to as an embroidered graitude journal, as gratitude is an essential building block in getting out of the darkness.
